recognized for excellence

For the sixth year in a row, KCH has been honored as a National Health Center Quality Leader (HCQL) for outstanding care of our diabetic population — a recognition given to only the top-performing health centers nationwide.

To earn HCQL badges, health centers must have the best overall Clinical Quality Measure (CQM) performance based on average previous year Adjusted Quartile Rankings (AQR). HRSA awards HCQL badges to health centers with AQR averages in the top three tiers (top 30%). This year, KCH was ranked in the top 10% of all CHC’s in the country.

For more than 60 years, community health centers like ours have provided affordable, accessible, and high-quality primary care to people regardless of their ability to pay. Your health center is proud to be part of a national movement advancing coordinated, comprehensive, and patient-centered care — serving over 30 million people each year.

As part of our commitment to transparency and continuous improvement under the Patient‑Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model, Kaniksu Community Health shares the results of our most recent patient satisfaction survey. These findings help us understand how well we are meeting the needs of our patients and guide our ongoing efforts to enhance the quality, accessibility, and overall experience of care. We invite you to review the report below to see how your feedback shapes the way we serve our community.
