He is passionate about helping people build insight, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools that support lasting growth and resilience.
He earned his Master of Counseling degree in Marital, Couple, and Family Counseling from Idaho State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo.
Sebastian began his counseling career in community mental health, providing services to children, adolescents, adults, and families in homes, schools, offices, and community settings. He has also worked in residential academic programs for adolescents, outpatient private practice, and with families navigating high-conflict and court-involved situations. These experiences have shaped his holistic approach to care, emphasizing the importance of understanding each person within the context of their family, relationships, and daily life.
As a North Idaho resident, Sebastian is passionate about serving the community he calls home. He values the collaborative nature of community health and the opportunity to make behavioral health services more accessible and connected for individuals and families.
Outside of work, Sebastian enjoys spending time with his wife and their six children. Family, faith, and community are central to his life. Whether playing ping pong, disc golf, tennis, teaching new skills to his children, or simply enjoying time together at home, he values the everyday moments that strengthen family connections and build resilience.
